Pretty good
Some confusion at the bungee check in, but this was sorted reasonably quickly

Reception service was good, made you feel excited and relaxed. The bungy operators were not what you would expect at an experience like this. They were not in a good mood, rushed through the whole experience and this didn't make my jump as exciting as it could have been, so it was a bit of a disappointment.
