the service was top rate. i didn't know what to expect not being a user of i-sites often.

Last minute to Mt Ruapehu
At 230pm we decided to go and experience skiing in the north island from Auckland. iPad in hand I went to book accommodation at Mt ruapehu. The Park is amazing we woke to a view of the snow capped "sisters" which was stunning, having arrived at night and never been there before we were expecting this. The room was net, clean and spacious but the open shared areas and spa provide extra room to move. The staff were lovely and I think the big breakfast was the best I've ever eaten. One staff member leant us her charger and help was provided in deciding where the best skiing would be.

Room was good. Liked the communal kitchen which was available to use. However leisure facilities were limited, and not tv in the room either. Service was average i guess. .

Transfers and crossing went well. Accomodation was really average, no tv in room, noisy, and dark. Spa pool was tepid on first night and not working on second night. The staff were excellent though. .
